My name is Karen. I live in Wisconsin, however, I am from Chicago but was born in Dallas, Texas. Are you following? Anyhow, it’s been a long road being a “Karen” and it’s time to talk about it.

Do all Karens love the ocean? Do all Karens have a wicked sense of humor? Are all Karens born in the 1950’s or 1960’s? Well, that describes this Karen.

Who knew that Karen would be such a popular name. My parents liked it. Come to find out so did many, many, many other moms and dads of that era. What I find interesting is that every time I encounter another Karen we both react as if we are the only Karen and that our name wasn’t one of the most popular names back then. Surprise!
